FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of complex compounds, in particular, to method of producing of chelate cis-S,S-complexes of dichlorodi-1,6-(3,5-dimethyl isoxazole-4-yl)-2,5-ditiahexane palladium (II) and platinum (II) of general formula (1):
Method involves reacting bidentate reagent with salts of Pd (II) or Pt (II) in solvent medium. As bidentate reagent used is 1,2-bis[sulphanyl methyl(3,5-dimethyl isoxazole-4-yl)]ethane. Reaction is carried out with Palladium chloride in medium of acetonitrile or potassium tetrachloroplatinate in water-acetone medium in molar ratio of bis[sulphanyl methyl (3,5-dimethyl isoxazole-4-yl)]ethane:Palladium chloride or potassium tetrachloroplatinate equal to 1: 1, at temperature of 15-25 °C and atmospheric pressure for 2-4 hours.
EFFECT: obtained compounds can be used as biologically active substances with anticancer activity and catalysts for chemical reactions.
