FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of coordination compounds, in particular to a method for preparing sulfur-containing N-complexes of dichlorodi-[(4-(benzylsulfanyl)methyl)-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole]palladium (II) or platinum (II) of general formula (1):
(1) X=Pd or Pt. Method comprises reacting the bidentate reagent of 4-[(benzylsulfanyl)methyl]-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole with palladium (II) chloride, in a medium of acetonitrile or potassium tetrachloroplatinate in a water-acetone medium at a molar ratio of 4-[(benzylsulfanyl)methyl]-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole : palladium (II) chloride or potassium tetrachloroplatinate, equal to 2:1, at a temperature of 15–25 °C and atmospheric pressure for 3–5 hours.
EFFECT: obtained compounds can be used as biologically active substances with anti-cancer activity.
