FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns a combined vaccine for preventing pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus. Presented vaccine contains a pertussis component, diphtheria and tetanus toxoids adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide. Pertussis cell-free purified vaccine is used as a pertussis component, at the following ratio of ingredients in a single dose (0.5 ml): Pertussis cell-free purified vaccine - 30-45 mcg; Diphtheria toxoid - 2.5-5 Lf; Tetanus toxoid - 2.5-5 Lf; Aluminium hydroxide (in terms of aluminium Al3+) - from 0.3 to 0.55 mg.
EFFECT: characterized vaccine is not reactogenic, it completely corresponds to the requirements of the World Health Organization to such class of medicinal products, and can be used for booster immunization.
