FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used at oil deposits. Downhole tool comprises insert 400 including inner component 410 and metal coating 420 around at least a part of the surface of the internal component. Inner component has a cylindrical shape and determines the channel passing through its upper part 414 and lower part 416. Downhole tool is cast in unit 500 containing mold 510, rod 520, elements 522 of nozzles, insert 400, funnel 540 and bucket 550 for binding material. Mold is loaded with powder 530 of tungsten carbide. After placing the mold into the furnace, binding material melts and impregnates tungsten carbide powder forming consolidated matrix material. Coating 420 reduces migration of binding material to the insert enabling control of the thickness of intermetallic compounds on the connecting line.
EFFECT: reduced frequency of failures along connection line between consolidated matrix and insert.
