FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tension clamp for an insulated air cable, in particular air cable of beam assembly. Between metal plates of housing there are wedge-shaped plastic parts, between which are clamped ends of cable wires by clamping bolt. Lug is spaced from both metal plates of housing, said lug having an elongated locking hole with variable width. At ends of tension clamp, made of wire from stainless steel, there are thickened sections, which pass through locking hole only in their wide end. Tension of tension clamp presses branch of clamp to lugs.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of using tension clamp with multi-wire cable and cost reduction due to simplification of mutual attachment of housing and clamp.
