FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to increase reliability of bearing assemblies of ship shaft lines at reduction of friction losses in their thrust plain bearings. Ship shaft line bearing assembly comprises a hollow housing through which a shaft is passed with possibility of rotation, the central longitudinal axis of which is oriented mainly horizontally. Thrust bearing is oriented perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis of the shaft, and the passive magnetic bearing includes permanent magnets with radial directions of magnetization, and a bearing located along the perimeter of the shaft. Shaft is equipped with a pair of transverse ridges, made symmetrical relative to its central longitudinal axis, between which there is a plain thrust bearing oriented perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis of the shaft, and a radial plain bearing located along the perimeter of the shaft. On the outer surface of one of the transverse ridges perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis of the shaft there is rigidly fixed a heel of a passive magnetic bearing made of material with high magnetic permeability and rigidly connected to the shaft. Passive magnetic bearing thrust bearing is made of non-magnetic material with possibility of movement along the shaft relative to the anvil, and on its surface facing the anvil, a passive magnetic bearing is arranged, consisting of ring poles and ring permanent magnets arranged in alternating order, magnetized in radial, opposite directions of magnetisation.
EFFECT: providing high bearing capacity of bearing assembly of ship shaft line, low specific pressures on pads of thrust hydrodynamic plain bearing in operating mode with reduction of friction losses in it.
