FIELD: radar.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to short-range radar area, particularly to radiolocation stations (RLS) of a short-range, in which uses digital signal processing methods. Specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of measuring of range after sampling of a signal in the analogue-to-digital converter is allocated envelope of the received signal with high signal-noise ratio, then define a time delay of received fluctuations, which unambiguously connected with the range to target, form the basic signal, shifted for the time corresponding to the obtained time delay, then calculate difference in phases of received and basic signals, obtained value is converted in correction to range rather relative to first measured range to target.

EFFECT: achieved technical result - increase of accuracy measuring of target range by means of calculation of the adjustments to range, making it possible to avoid errors associated with time of sampling signal.
