FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, specifically to electric machines with forced cooling. Electric machine with a rotor rotatably disposed within a stator has a plurality of permanent magnets received in rotor body. Rotor body plates are stacked so as to form at least two first channels extending inside rotor body from one axial end of rotor to an opposite axial end thereof and having an opening to exterior of rotor body in an end surface of latter on at least one of these axial ends, and at least one separate second channel associated with each first channel and connecting respective first channel to a space circumferentially surrounding rotor and separating rotor and stator by opening at periphery of rotor body so as to, upon rotation of rotor, throw air out from said second channel to said space for cooling rotor body.
EFFECT: technical result is improved efficiency of uniform cooling of rotor body.
