FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: set of soil tools to the harrows and cultivators with reduction drives with rotating blades in the main assembly contains a harrow frame in which on the frame racks in the bearing housings there are parallel arranged two drive shafts square in cross section. Shafts are dressed with a small gap and successively through an intermediate interval, the size of one working contour of the complete replacement blades, five gear drive large gears with oblique teeth on the outer diameter, which are fixed from the longitudinal displacement on the shaft by the fitted spacers, according to the size of the length of the intermediate intervals. Each intermediate interval on the first row of the drive shaft is overlapped by the same intermediate interval on the second row of the drive shaft with five geared drive large gears with oblique teeth on the outer diameter and with spacers in the same length. All large drive gears on the two drive shafts are contacted by oblique teeth in meshing with perpendicularly spaced gears small in diameter, fitted with their square central hole on the neck of the rotating axis in each bearing housing welded at the lower end of each frame, for each reduction assembly. At the lower end of the axis of each reduction assembly, on its mounting flange with a square lower projection in the center, a complete working replaceable blade is secured by six mounting screws from the bottom. Two drive shafts in parallel assembled with large gears connected in meshing with small gears on the axes with rotating blades in the reduction units, are driven into the rotary motion under the action of the main reduction shaft, mounted perpendicular to the center of the frame, with the two leading worm gears connected to the worm teeth of the two driven gears fixed with their central square hole to the drive shaft in the first row and the second driven gear to the drive shaft in the second row, and at the same time fixed from the longitudinal displacement on the shafts by spacer sleeves resting from two sides to drive large gears with oblique teeth, set and located on these shafts through each intermediate interval. Large drive gears with oblique teeth, with rotational motion, and being in mesh with small gears in reducing nodes with fixed working blades on axial mounting flanges, lead them into rotational working motion. In the rear third row in the frame is installed a compacting roller, which is brought into the tuning working position with the help of the hydraulic cylinder in the harrow with the hose and a high-pressure connection connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor and controlled by the tractor driver from the tractor cab, together with an attached mechanism, for the general penetration of the working blades into the soil and their seizure with fixation, and also for the installation of the entire hinged harrow in the transport location for transportation. Set of soil tools with a reduction drive with rotating blades in the trailed harrow has four wheels in the frame with separate for each hydraulic cylinders, with hoses with high-pressure tips attached to the hydraulic system in the tractor, and operated tractor driver from the tractor cab. In the frame of the harrow, in front of the center, there is an attachment device in which a trailing link is attached to the hinges, which serves to secure the harrow behind the tractor. In the center of the harrow frame there is a drive reduction shaft with a fixing flange with a cross at the front end for fastening to the tractor speed box, and on the middle part of the drive shaft there are two successive gear drive worm gears connected in series with driven worm gears planted with their central square hole, each on a drive square shaft in the first row and on the drive shaft in the second row in the frame of the harrow, and on these same shafts are planted a square central hole drive large gears with oblique teeth on the outside diameter, and with an interval of five pieces through one working contour of the blade, separated by all spacer sleeves. In the second row on the drive shaft, the same gears are installed in an arrangement overlapping five intervals of the working contours of the blade on the shaft in the first row in the frame. In both drive shafts, the drive large gears are engaged with the small gears in the reduction assemblies fixed to the frame posts in both rows in the frame of the harrow, and on their axial mounting flanges are installed complete any interchangeable working blades. In the rear third row in the frame there is an ice rink for rolling up the treated soil, which is controlled by the tractor driver from the tractor cab. Kit contains in its composition various types of designs of interchangeable working blades intended for various technological treatments of soil.

EFFECT: such a kit of tools will expand the functionality and versatility of structures in their application, increase the economic and quality ecological and productive capacity, and also contribute to the preservation of the structure of various types of soils and their fertility; such new and modernized tools can be competitive and import substituting in the domestic and world markets, and will have a stable and long-term wide demand among consumers.
