FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine-tool industry and can be used in adjusting position of cutting tool. Sensor has housing (1), measuring probe (2), assembly to produce measuring force in form of spring (3), support elements (4) connected with probe (2). Probe (2) is installed in housing (1) by one end, and has tip (5) at opposite end. End of probe (2), arranged in housing, is made in form of ball support (6) installed into bearing (7). Spring (3) is installed between housing (1) and bearing (7). Each of four support elements (4) is connected to probe (2) by means of piston (8) at angle of 90° to probe axis, comprises cylindrical housing (9) fixed by means of thread on sensor housing (1), made of diamagnetic material, with spring-loaded transformer (10), made of magnetically soft ferromagnetic materials. Transformers (10) have round section and two windings. Alternating voltage with frequency of 400 Hz is supplied to primary winding, and at output winding depending on change in gap h between piston (8) and transformer (10) end EMF is generated, wherein opposite located transformers are connected as per differential circuit, their outputs are connected to input of machine CNC system.
EFFECT: using invention enables to bind position of part to coordinate system of machine with high accuracy.
