FIELD: metallurgy; technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of metals under pressure and can be used for production of a rotor blade of a wind-driven plant by hot deformation of steel sheet (226). Sheet (226) located on furnace carriage (206), is heated in furnace (202). Then heated sheet (226) by means of furnace carriage (206) is moved from furnace (202) to pressing device (204). In pressing device (204) the sheet is reloaded from furnace carriage (206) onto having matrix (236) forming carriage (208). Sheet (226) is pressed in the matrix by means of at least one puncheon (232) of the press. For reloading of sheet (226) it is lifted from the furnace carriage which is then moved from under the sheet. Under sheet (226) there is moved located on forming carriage matrix (236), on which the sheet is lowered.

EFFECT: there is ensured a simplified process of transportation of a heated steel sheet from the furnace into a pressing device and its unloading.
