Method of facilitating detection of presence of at least one object in place of storage, containing at least following steps carried out by mobile device containing image capturing device, at which input information relating to said object to be detected is taken from user; capture at least one image or video sequence or real-time video stream, which indicates said storage place by image capturing device; recognise any presence of said object within field of view of image capturing device by means of identification by means of software for processing images of said object in field of vision and using recognisable graphics in form of design, print, marking, code or similar means applied on said article or its package, and outputting data associated with place of location of said object.
