FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast resistant fences and gates, valves of excess pressure. Explosion proof panel comprises metallic armored carcass with metallic armored lining and lead filler, has in ends four fixed pipe-supports, four load-bearing bars telescopically fitted in said pipes are rigidly embedded in explosive structure coating, filler is in form of an air-lead disperse system, lead is in form of crumbs, and outside bearing rods there are elastic damping elements, one end of which rests against armored metal plating, and other - against support sheets located in upper part of bearing rods. Elastic damping elements are implemented as cylindrical helical springs, external helical surface of which is coated with vibration damping mastic, for example, VD-17 type, and the filler is in form of ball-shaped crumbs of the same diameter, or filler is in form of ball-shaped or an arbitrary-shape crumbs of different diameter. For fixing the limit position of the panel to the edges of bearing elastic rods with support sheets, damping element is attached, said element is designed for damping impact loads of the panel on the support sheets, damping element is secured opposite to the panel and directed in its side and represents a solid body with inner cavity and surface, equidistant surfaces of the panel, internal cavity thereof is filled with disperse system of air-lead, and lead is made in form of ball-shaped crumbs.

EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability of explosion-proof device operation during explosion at the facility and return of the structures into initial position after explosion.
