SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Blast proof panel with a combined damping element contains metal armored frame with metal armored lining and lead filler, and in the end faces has four fixed support pipes, and In coating of explosive object are rigidly embedded four bearing rods, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipe fittings of the panel, filler is made in the form of an air-lead disperse system,wherein lead is made in form of crumbs, and outside bearing rods there are elastic damping elements, one end of which rests against armoured metal plating, and other – in support sheets located in upper part of bearing rods, the elastic damping elements are implemented as cylindrical screw springs, the external helical surface of which is coated with vibration damping mastic, for example, type VD-17. Filler is made in the form of a ball-shaped crumb of the same diameter, or the filler is made in the form of a spherical or arbitrary crumb of different diameter. To fix the limit position of the panel to the ends of the supporting elastic rods with stop sheets, there is attached damping element, intended for damping the impact loads of the panel against the sheet-stops, and it is attached oppositely to the panel and directed towards it and is made in the form of a body with an internal cavity and surfaces equidistant to the surfaces of the panel, while its internal cavity is filled with a three-layered symmetric disperse system, in which the central layer, which is a layer of symmetry of a three-dimensional body with an internal cavity and surfaces equidistant to the surfaces of the panel, is made of a shock-absorbing material, and adjacent layers are filled with an air-lead disperse system, the central layer is made of a composite consisting of three layers: the middle layer is made of a rigid shock-absorbing material, for example of the “Agat” or “Antivibrite” type, and the upper and lower layers symmetrically arranged relative to it are made of a solid damping material in which sponge rubber is used, or needled fabric of “Vibrosil” type based on of silica or aluminoborosilicate fiber, or non-woven shock-absorbing material. In the direction of the shock wave, a pneumatic buffer device with a non-return valve in the form of a cone is connected to the damping element, and its vertex is located on the axis of the opening of the protected object.
EFFECT: higher reliability of explosion-resistant device operation during emergency explosion at the facility, and ensured return of these device to the original position after explosion.
