SUBSTANCE: counter-explosion panel with a combined damping element, containing a metal armored frame with a metal armored shell and a lead filler, which has four fixed support sleeves in the ends, and four support rods rigidly embedded in the cover of the explosive object, which are telescopically inserted into the stationary support sleeves of panels, the filler is made in the form of an air-lead disperse system. Lead is shaped in the form of crumbs, and the outside of the support rods are arranged with elastic-damping elements, one end of which abuts against the armored metal lining, and the other - a sheet-stops disposed at the top of the support rods, elastic-damping elements are in the form of coil springs, the outer helical surface which is coated with vibration-damping mastic type e.g. HP-17, and the filler is shaped in the form of a single spherical aggregate diameter or excipient is shaped in the form of a ball shaped or any form of crumb of different diameters. To fix the limit position of the panel to the ends of the supporting elastic rods with stop sheets, a damping element is attached, designed to dampen the impact loads of the panel against the stop sheets. It is attached oppositely to the panel and is directed towards it, and is made in the form of a three-dimensional body with an internal cavity and surfaces that are equidistant to the surfaces of the panel. Its internal cavity is filled with a three-layer symmetric disperse system in which the central layer, which is a layer of symmetry of a body with an internal cavity and surfaces equidistant to the surfaces of the panel, is made of a vibration damping material, and adjacent layers are filled with an air-lead disperse system. The central layer is made of a combined layer consisting of three layers: the middle layer is made of a rigid vibrodempfiruyuschego material, for example, the type of "Agate" or "Antivibrite", and the upper and lower layers symmetrically arranged with respect to it are made of solid damping material using sponge rubber, Or needle-punched material such as "Vibrosil" based on silica or aluminoborosilicate fiber, or non-woven vibro-damping material.
EFFECT: increasing the explosion protective devices operation reliability in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and providing of these structures return into the original position after the explosion.
