FIELD: safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easily detachable panels and roofs, explosion proof enclosures and gates, excess pressure valves. Explosion proof panel with a damping device comprises metallic armoured frame with metallic armoured lining and lead filler, has in ends four fixed pipe-supports, and in coating of explosive object are rigidly embedded four bearing rods, which are telescopically inserted into fixed branch pipe-support of panel. Filler is composed of air-lead disperse system, wherein lead is made in form of chips. Outside bearing rods there are elastic damping elements, one end of which rests against armoured metal plating, and other - in support sheets located in upper part of bearing rods. Elastic damping elements are composed of air damping elements made of rubber-cord shells of conical shape, with central hole into which enters a rod and fixed branch pipe-supports, embedded in panel, are made in axial section of curvilinear shape, for example, hyperbolic.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of explosion-proof devices at emergency explosion on site and providing return of said structures into initial position after explosion.
