FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: anti-explosion panel contains a metal armoured frame with metal armoured cladding and a lead filler, and has four fixed support pipes in the butts, and four support rods are rigidly embedded in the explosive object covering, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed support pipes of the panel; the filler is made in the form of an air-lead dispersed system. The lead is made in the form of crumbs, and outside of the support rods there are resilient damping elements, one end of which rests against the armoured metal cladding, and the other end rests against the abutment sheets arranged in the upper part of the support rods, the resilient-damping elements are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs, the helical surface of which is covered with a vibro-damping mastic, for example of the type VD-17, and the filler is made in the form of ball-shaped crumbs of the same diameter, or in the form of ball-shaped or randomly-shaped crumbs of various diameters. To fix the limit panel position, a damping element is attached to the butts of the supporting resilient rods with stop sheets, which is designed to dampen the impact loads of the panel against the stop sheets. It is attached oppositely to the panel and is directed towards it and is made in the form of a three-dimensional body with an internal cavity and surfaces equidistant to the surfaces of the panel, wherein its internal cavity is filled with an air-lead dispersed system, and the lead is made in the form of ball-shaped crumbs, and between the damping element attached opposite the panel and the metal frame with the armoured metal cladding, bushings of a rapidly disintegrating material, e.g. triplex-type glass, are installed on the support rods.
EFFECT: increasing the explosion-protective devices operation reliability in case of accident explosion at a facility, and providing returning these structures into the original position after the explosion.
