FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS and telemetry systems for alerting track workers. Device contains a transmitting and a receiving devices, antennae of which are connected with a wire. Transmitting device comprises a unit for generating signals, a master oscillator, a power supply source and a power amplifier connected to the antenna and a loop having electromagnetic connection with the rail. Receiving device comprises an analog processing module, a digital processing module, a heterodyne, a power supply source and a radio-frequency module connected to the antenna and a loop having electromagnetic connection with the rail. Herewith the receiving device receives simultaneously a "straight" signal of the transmitting device, a signal reflected from the rolling stock and a data signal, all elements of the device are arranged at a worksite on the tracks, due to the use of collars and clamps they are operatively mounted before and dismantled after completion of the works, and the data source used are track sensors.

EFFECT: provided is higher safety of personnel working at the tracks.
