FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS and telemetry systems for alerting track workers. Device contains a stationary transmitting and a receiving devices, antennae of which are connected with a wire. Transmitting device comprises a unit for generating signals, a master oscillator, a power supply source and a power amplifier connected to the antenna and a loop having electromagnetic communication with the rail. Receiving device comprises an analog processing module, a digital processing module, a heterodyne, a power supply source and a radio-frequency module connected to the antenna and a loop having electromagnetic connection with the rail. Herewith the receiving device is installed on a travelling along the tracks vehicle of the mobile crew, it receives simultaneously a "straight" signal of the transmitting device, a signal reflected from the rolling stock and a data signal, the transmitting device with collars and clamps is operatively mounted for the time of the works, and the data source used are track sensors.

EFFECT: provided is higher safety of personnel working at the tracks.
