FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology, and can be used in treating bite wounds. Method involves arrangement of outlining element above wound to form sealed cavity and wound jet washing with water with detergent. Then disinfectant liquid through inflow tube is added to wound and simultaneously flushing fluid is discharged outside through outflow tube. At that, limiting element is placed to form cavity above all wounds, wounds and skin are washed in cavity with silver water with concentration of silver ions in it of 21-25 mg/l. After wounds washing, they are covered with therapeutic external agent and tissue. External therapeutic agent used is emulsion containing: lidocaine hydrochloride 0.25-0.5 %, thrombolysin 25-29 %, metronidazole 0.2-0.24 %, clindamycin 0.25-0.29 %, rifampicin 0.35-0.4 %, olive oil 5.0-9.0 %, sea-buckthorn oil 1.0-1.4 %, starch 4.5-5.0 % and silver water 50.57-63.45 % with concentration of silver ions in it of 30-36 mg/l. Tissue with emulsion is changed on daily basis until disappearance of evident hyperemia and tissues edema around wounds.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to accelerate treatment of bite wounds and prevent infectious complications.
