That is ensured by a composition containing the following components: rifampicin - 150 mg, dexamethasone - 4 mg, 1 % dioxidine - 2.5 ml, 95 % ethanol - 15 ml, physiological saline - up to 100 ml. Group of inventions also relates to a device for postoperative wound sanitation, comprising a system for supplying a composition to a wound surface, comprising a collector, a composition dispensing element, applicators and capillary tubes, wherein the applicators are made in the form of a hollow flat structure from a flexible plastic material or in the form of a clip with tabs and have capillary holes on one of the sides.
