SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for treatment of ununited fractures of the vertebral bodies. Introduction of chondrolytic enzyme is injected into the slots between the bone fragments. After the enzyme introduction distraction and reposition are performed using a corresponding apparatus. Tissucol Kit fast acting adhesive composition is introduced into the extended slots.
EFFECT: method enables to eliminate the interposition of bone-cartilage components between the fragments.
