SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of treating delayed complications in a patient suffering from brain damage, where blood gets into subarachnoid space brain, involving local administration of a therapeutic amount of a pharmaceutical composition. Pharmaceutical composition contains a liquid suspension from microparticles, including potential-controlled calcium channel blocker and a polymer. Group of inventions also relates to a delivery system for treating delayed complications in a patient, containing said composition; using pharmaceutical composition in an injectable form for preparing a drug for treating delayed complications in a patient suffering from brain damage.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to eliminate side effects associated with system delivery of active substances.
