METHOD FOR INCREASING EXTENSIBILITY OF NEOVAGINAL TISSUES WITH USING PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61N2/04 A61H23/00 A61M29/00

Abstract RU 2557416 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: improving neovaginal tissue properties is ensured by the physiotherapeutic treatment of the fossa of the vestibule of the vagina with using heat exposure, pulsed magnetic field, and vibrating massage given by the MAVIT apparatus. An amplitude radial component of the pulsed magnetic field density on a working area surface of an applicator makes from 3 to 30 mT; a single-polarity pulse repetition rate is from 20±5 Hz to 100±20 Hz; a cycle duration is 12±2 s; an applicator vibration amplitude is from 0.01 to 0.1 mm; a vibration frequency ranges from 20±5 Hz to 100±20 Hz; a temperature surface of the heating element falls within the range of 37.5 to 42°C. The procedure length is 20 min, which is followed by performing 40-minute bloodless colpoelongation daily 2 times a day.

EFFECT: noninvasive formation of an adequate, functional neovagina with no side and allergic reactions, reaching the fast therapeutic effect of the increased extensibility of its tissues with reducing doses of each exposure contained in the physiotherapeutic complex used.
