FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Method for centile evaluation of the microcenosis of the vaginal mucosa in girls is proposed by selecting a biomaterial from the mucosa of the lateral wall of the vagina behind the physiological hole of the hymen by scraping with a disposable urogenital probe. Real-time PCR method is used to determine the number of genome equivalents and the proportion of total bacterial mass of Lactobacillus spp., obligate anaerobes and facultative anaerobes and compared with the centile interval of the corresponding group of microorganisms obtained for the corresponding stage of sexual maturation of the girl on the Tanner scale. For 1 and 2 stages of sexual maturation according to Tanner, the prevalence of the proportion of the total amount of obligate anaerobes over the Lactobacillus spp share is considered to be the norm. For the 3rd stage of sexual maturation, the normocoenosis of the vagina changes toward the predominance of Lactobacillus spp. 49.99 %. For 4 and 5 stages of sexual maturation, according to Tanner, the predominance of the proportion of Lactobacillus spp. is considered the norm over the proportion of the total number of obligate and facultative anaerobes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to evaluate the microcenosis of the vaginal mucosa during examination of girls between the ages of 3 and 18 years according to the stages of maturation on the Tanner scale using real-time PCR.
