FIELD: medicine; operative gynecology; urology.
SUBSTANCE: tissues of the vaginal vestibule are dissected, 0.3 cm away from the clitoris, bordering the external opening of the urethra. The mucous membrane of the upper vaginal wall above the urethra is cut with a 2.5 cm incision. The vaginal mucosa is peeled off from the connective tissue-muscular layer to the sides. The urethra is isolated from the external opening to the neck of the bladder. The connective tissue-muscular layer of the vagina is cut off from the urethra on both sides. The external opening of the urethra is fixed with interrupted sutures 0.3 cm from the clitoris in the wound of the vestibule of the vagina. The wounds on the upper wall of the vagina are sutured with knotted sutures: the first row is on the connective tissue-muscular layer, the second is on the vaginal mucosa, and the wounds of the vaginal vestibule are sutured.
EFFECT: method ensures radical surgical intervention and reduces the number of complications not only at the present time, but also in adulthood (prevention of vulvitis, cystitis, chronic urinary tract infection).
