FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents method of producing nitrile hydratase, involving following steps: stage of cultivation of microorganisms, having activity nitrile hydratase, protected from light conditions, stage of destruction of obtained by culturing microbial cells using high-pressure homogenizer, step for storing obtained as described above, destroyed microbial cells at 4-37 °C in conditions of their protection from effect of light, and step of obtaining supernatant containing nitrile hydratase. Invention also relates to method of storing a nitrile hydratase, method of activating nitrile hydratase and to method of producing activated nitrile hydratase.

EFFECT: invention provides simple method of storing enzyme from microbial cell culture, produced during cultivation, as well as increasing enzyme activity during such preservation.
