SUBSTANCE: invention relates to HF apparatus (100) comprising HF resonance device (110) having electrically conductive outer wall (111), wherein outer wall (111) comprises slot (114) extending along its perimeter, and injection device (130) having HF generator (131) arranged on outer side (113) of outer wall (111) of HF resonance device (110) in region of slot (114), for injecting HF radiation at a specific generator frequency (fG) into interior of HF resonance device (110) via slot (114), and shield (134) shielding generator (131) with respect to outside and electrically bridging slot (114) on outer side (113) of outer wall (111). Shield (134) is designed as a resonator having higher impedance to generator frequency (fG) than resonance device.
EFFECT: high efficiency of HF radiation input in HF resonator.
