FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a high-frequency (HF) device with a high-frequency resonator limited with outer wall and with an input device located on the outer wall with a HF generator and a screen. The HF device (100) comprises an HF resonant device (110) with an electrically conductive outer wall (111), the outer wall (111) has a slot (114) extending along its perimeter and an input device (130) with an HF generator (131) located on the outer side (113) of the HF resonant device (110) outer wall (111) in the region of the slot (114) for introducing the HF radiation of a certain frequency (fG) of the generator through the slot (114) to the inside of the HF resonant device (110) and screen (134) shielding the generator (131) outwardly and electrically overlapping the slot (114) on the outer side (113) of the outer wall (111). The screen (134) is formed as a high impedance for a resonator frequency (fG) of the generator.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of HF radiation input into the HF resonator.
