FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. Method includes making a lateral arthroscopic port in projection of knee joint gap, positioning it to 15 mm above level of tibial cutting on outer edge of patellar tendon. Also making a front upper-medial instrumental port on top edge of polyethylene insert implant at medial edge of patellar tendon. Carrying out diagnostic arthroscopy and, if not detected abnormalities that cause pain, performing from front upper-medial instrumental port sanding of medial part of knee joint capsule to denervate while preserving integrity of medial collateral ligament.
EFFECT: method enables to significantly reduce or completely relieve pain syndrome, reduce operative injures, costs for treatment, improve functional results, support and motion function of extremity, improve quality of life for patients.
