FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, particularly to devices for facilitating walking - "smart" crutches for movement in the predetermined modes. Set of crutches includes support housings of crutches, made with possibility of adjustment of their longitudinal dimensions, equipped with support handles; first crutch comprises micro-controller and first accumulator, transceiver and on/off, start/stop and "walking mode" buttons, connected to the first, second, third and fourth ports of the micro-controller. On/off, start/stop and "walking mode" buttons are arranged on the support handle of the first crutch. External skeleton is attached to the user and comprises a body and foot supports, second accumulator in the body or in foot supports, first part of distributed computer network, including the head controller in the body or in the foot supports of the exoskeleton. Second part of the distributed computer network includes a micro-controller, and both parts of the on-board computer network are connected by a wireless communication channel, and the exoskeleton has the possibility of movement in a sagittal plane in predetermined modes of motion. First crutch has a support reaction force sensor, three-axis accelerometer and display connected to the fifth, sixth and seventh ports of the micro-controller.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to expand functional capabilities of controlling an exoskeleton.
