FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of movement of exoskeletons. Method for four-bearing movement of child exoskeleton with femoral and elbow drives includes forced movement of a user with disturbed functions of the locomotor system along a horizontal surface ensured by an exoskeleton of lower extremities. When moving on four supports on the knees and palms of the hands of the support reaction sensors fixing the position of the user's limbs relative to the support surface, that provides the possibility of synchronizing operation of the femoral and knee drives to ensure a stable position of the user.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of exoskeleton functional capabilities.
