FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for control of recovered gas combustion heat of metallurgical production. Method, in which at least part of the recycled gas output from the corresponding metallurgical furnace with a built-in unit for separation of CO2, if necessary, assembled in a reservoir for recovered gas, is used in a gas turbine to generate thermal energy, while the exhaust gas from the gas turbine is fed into a using heat of exhaust gases steam generator for steam generation, wherein the recycled gas before gas turbine (28), in particular, before a connected before the gas turbine recovered gas tank, depending on the value of the recycled gas combustion heat after adding the residual gas, particularly after the tank for recovered gas, are added at least part of the residual gas from the plant for separation of CO2, wherein content of residual gas is increased when the calorific value of the recycled gas increases over preset maximum combustion heat and residual gas content is reduced when combustion heat of the recycled gas is reduced below preset minimum combustion heat. Besides, disclosed is a unit for control of the recycled gas combustion heat at a metallurgical production.
EFFECT: invention allows to develop a method for controlling combustion heat of recovered gas, which is realised by insignificant addition of high-quality combustible gases.
