FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion engineering, particularly to piston internal combustion engines with forced ignition. Subject of invention is that a combustion chamber is formed by recess in a cylinder block head and in a piston bottom. In the block head there is an inlet channel and an outlet channel, shutoff with an inlet valve and outflow valve, respectively, channels are introduced to opposite sides of the head. In a propellant part, which is far from the combustion chamber, there is an ignition source, on the side opposite the ignition source on the side wall of the combustion chamber, there is a nozzle, directed at the outflow valve. After closing the outflow valve fuel is injected from the nozzle on the plate, fuel is partially converted to a gaseous state (tofv= 800 g) and faster and better burns. Ignition is performed first in the zone of primary ignition from the ignition source, then in the main zone - by a jet of combustion products, that leads to fast and more complete burning of the mixture.
EFFECT: technical result is higher thermal efficiency by increasing the fraction of the burnt mixture.
