FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine construction. Internal combustion engine with separated combustion stroke double-rotor mechanism has housing. In housing compressor-incinerator and thermal machine cylinders are made. Rotors are arranged in cylinders, forming suction-compression cavity and working stroke-exhaust cavity. In suction-compression cavity there are inlet opening, nozzle and ignition source. In working stroke-exhaust cavity there are inlet and outlet openings. Rotors have same number of radial slots and plates. Before slots on compressor-burner rotor along its rotation combustion chamber are made. Compressor-burner cylinder is connected to machine working cavity by channel starting after completion of combustion phase in bridge between cylinders and which is recess made on compressor-burner cylindrical surface with depth, at beginning equal to bridge thickness and continued along compressor-burner cylindrical surface in rotor rotation direction with same or decreasing depth, and ending before suction-compression chamber geometric beginning.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in engine power, torque and efficiency, as well as reducing harmful substances content in exhaust gases.
