FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation equipment and can be used in systems for commercial navigation. Method includes (a) reception of data describing a location, (b) deducing by extrapolation based on data of an address referenced to location, (c) identification of message path segment, which includes address, (d) setting of a polygon, which has an outer border, which covers geographical area near segment, (e) obtaining geographic coordinates of points within polygon, (f) identification of address in geographic coordinates and (g) identification of object that is bound to address in geographic coordinates. Also provided is a system which implements said method, and a storage device containing instructions which control a processor for implementing method.
