SUBSTANCE: functional structure of preliminary longitudinal displacement and turning devices electromagnetic retainers medical instrument in the toroidal surgical robot system with extension lid, wherein common housing of robotic system has a toroidal shape with inner extension part with spherical cover with possibility of lifting, coaxially to which in its lower part is fixed a tool table with possibility of reciprocal turning and with electromagnetic devices for retention of medical instruments, wherein in the common robotic system housing several pairs of curved rods are introduced, which are arranged uniformly in a circle in lower part of common housing and their lower parts are fixed on a common or individual plate with possibility of reciprocating turning inside toroidal common housing of robot system and the upper part of the bent rods are fixed to each other by means of a fixed axial rod preliminary turn with fixed on the first gear which is positionally located inside the first part of the first body of sliding elements and functionally connected with the first drive with gear, which for turning housings of extension elements is secured on one side on one half of first part of first housing of extension elements, on the other side of the first part of the first body of extension elements an additional drive with gear is attached, which by its gear is functionally connected with the toothed surface of the linear gear for reciprocating longitudinal displacement of the second part of the first housing of extension elements, linear gear of the second part of the first housing is formed on one side in the lower part of the semicircular plate, ends of which are located with the possibility of reciprocating sliding on a flat portion of the first portion of the first housing of extension elements, and a semicircular plate with the linear gear of the second part of the first housing is a continuation of one of the halves of the second part of the first housing of extension elements, inside of which a second drive with gear is fixed, gear of which is functionally connected with the second gear, which is fixed on axis for reciprocating turning of next housings of extension elements.
