SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in various medical procedures. Functional structure of preliminary longitudinal displacement and turning devices of electromagnetic retainers medical instrument in the toroidal surgical robot system with extension lid, containing linear drives and several consecutive cases of extension elements, made with possibility of relative rotation by means of corresponding drive with reduction gear and in initial state position are located in common housing of robot system, wherein common housing of robotic system has a toroidal shape with inner extension part with spherical cover with possibility of lifting, coaxially to which in its lower part is fixed tool table with possibility of incremental turn of and with electromagnetic devices retain medical instruments, wherein in the common robotic system housing several pairs of curved rods are introduced, which are arranged regularly in circle in the lower part of the common housing and their lower parts are fixed on a common or individual plate with the possibility of reciprocating turn inside toroidal common body robot system, and the upper part of the bent rods are fixed to each other by means of a fixed axial rod preliminary turn with fixed on the first gear, which is positionally located inside the first part of the first body of sliding elements and functionally connected with the first drive with gear, which for turning housings of extension elements is secured on one side on one half of first part of first housing of extension elements, on the other side of axial rod is fixed linear drive, extending part of which is fixed in axial second part of the first shell extension elements, where also fixed second drive with reduction gear, gear of which is functionally connected with the second gear, that is fixed on axial rod for reciprocating turn of next housings of extension elements.
