System comprises: an input for receiving a user medical query from a user; an access controller for accessing a medical guideline file and a rules repository, medical guideline file comprising a medical information item, and rules repository comprising a rule linking medical information item to user medical term; and a query refiner for generating refined medical query from user medical query by including medical information item in refined medical query and for providing refined medical query to a search engine, wherein access controller is configured to access to attention tracking file, wherein attention tracking file contains an attention attraction information item indicating use of system by user, and where query refiner is configured to enable inclusion of medical information item in refined medical query depending on attention attraction information item.
