SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a system for decoding medical images. Disclosed is a system containing a computer-readable medium for using the method, containing a relevance calculation engine configured to calculate a relevance score for a laboratory indicator in a patient's laboratory report by applying rules that show one or more indications of a patient's condition and a laboratory indicator in relevance assessment. The assessment is based on the identified and normalized indications of a patient's condition and the relevant laboratory values, and the showings in the relevance assessment are based on known relationships between the medical indications.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased efficiency of decoding medical images.
