FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated medical decision support systems and can be used to assess the interaction of drugs when prescribing and conducting pharmacotherapy and reducing the risk of complications of the patient's condition associated with the drug therapy chosen by the doctor. Disclosed is a system which contains computers of automated workstations of experts, the inputs/outputs of which are connected to a server and an information processing unit, input of which is connected to the output of the information input module, and its output is connected to the text preprocessing module, output of which is connected to the input of the drug interaction rules classification module, made on the basis of neural networks, inputs/outputs of computers of automated workstations of experts, the text preprocessing module, the preparations interaction rules classification module and the memory unit with the recorded database and the knowledge base are connected to the corresponding server outputs/inputs, which, through a data replication and transfer module over a communication channel, is connected to a cloud server with a connected memory unit with a replica of a database and a knowledge base, cloud server is connected via a second communication channel to a medical information system server, to which personal computers of automated workstations of doctors are connected, module for generation of medicinal preparations prescribed by doctors, module for harmonization of directories of medical organizations with directories of the database of the register of medicinal products and a module for generating drug interaction results.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of determining drug interaction.
