FIELD: test and measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation. Magnetic domains grinding device comprises of multiple electronic guns 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d. Device 1 for fault detection of electron gun includes magneto-optical element 5, which is in contact with control regions R1, R2, R3 and is separated from said areas of control, arranged so that they include boundary between the area of "L" discontinuity magnetic domains, formed at irradiation of electrical steel sheet surface electron beams of multiple electronic guns 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d. Magneto-optical element 5 is able to detect magnetic domain structure of steel sheet "S" in control areas R1, R2, R3. Light source 7 irradiates magnetooptical element with linearly polarised light. Detector 12 detects polarised light, polarisation plane of which rotates by magnetic domain structure of steel sheet “S” transmitted to magnetooptical element 5.
EFFECT: summary: device 1 for fault detection of electron gun, which detects failure electronic guns 3 device 2 for grinding of magnetic domains electric steel sheet.
