FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for loading of granular material in melting facility through a tuyere system. Device contains a metallurgic tuyere with inner bore communicated with the tuyere head and tuyere collector, inlet pipe for granular material, auxiliary pipe for gas-carrier, outer pipe with its first end freely communicated with inner barrel in the tuyere collector and its second end tightly coupled with the outer side of inlet pipe for granular material, the first part of inlet pipe is located coaxially to the outer pipe, and on the second part protruding from the external pipe there is a shut-off valve, the first end of the auxiliary pipe for carrier gas is freely connected to the outer pipe, at the second end there is at least one pressure control valve, the first end of the auxiliary pipe is located between the place of sealed joint of the external pipe with inlet pipe for granular material and the first end of said inlet pipe.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce time of heating in the process related to optimization of the rate of dissolution lime additive, service life of the tuyere head is extended, since lime will protect the head from the bath radiation.
