Disclosed method consists in interaction of methoxymethylphosphonic acid with polyatomic alcohols (pentaerythrite or ethylene glycol) to form substituted tris-ethylene glycol-tetra-methoxymethyl- and pentaerythrite-tetra-methoxymethylphosphonic acids, which then undergo the process of oxyalkylation with use of oxyethylated with formation of oxyethylated esters of tris-ethylene glycol-tetra-methoxymethyl- and pentaerythrite-tetra-methoxymethylphosphonic acids.

EFFECT: disclosed are new ecologically safe flame retardants and efficient method for production thereof.
