FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: line contains first and second plates, which can turn about horizontal axis in first vertical plane, and third and fourth plates, which can turn about horizontal axis in second vertical plane parallel to first vertical plane and shifted from it. First and third and second and fourth plates are made with possibility of synchronous rotation about their horizontal axis. First and third plates are made to receive first profile, having C-shaped or U-shaped cross section, and first and third plates are made with possibility of rotation of second profile with same cross section above first profile so that first section will be arranged with first orientation, and second section will be located on second orientation, opposite first, to form duplex located in first and third plates. Proposed method comprises displacement of first and second profiles into first position, wherein each profile has U-shaped or C-shaped cross section with outer convex and concave sides of plates to turn about horizontal axis, wherein plates are connected to opposite ends of pair of rotary levers, wherein levers turn about axes, which are parallel to each other and are offset from each other. Method includes introduction of first profile in first plate with concave side up at movement of first plate upward by means of its rotation and turning of second section by interaction of first plate with outer convex side of second profile with concave side down over concave side of first section to form first duplex in first plate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
