FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for closing denture defect in frontal group in orthodontic treatment of patients with primary adentia. Device represents prosthesis of artificial tooth with bracket fastened on it, where bracket with substrate, to which two steel pins are soldered is located on vestibular side of artificial tooth, wherein pins pass through the whole thickness of artificial tooth in bucolingual direction, while their ends are bent at oral sides and are layed in grooves on the oral surface of artificial tooth.
EFFECT: produced device is installed in dentition and tied up to arc, closing the denture defect and improving the aesthetic effect at stage of orthodontic treatment of patients with primary adentia.
