SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in the treatment of patients with localized pathological abrasion with intact dentition. The height of the lower part of the face is preliminarily measured in a state of relative physiological rest and in a state of occlusion. The amount of decrease in the height of the lower part of the face is calculated, impressions are taken from the upper and lower jaws. Plaster models are cast, constructive bite is determined with fixation of separation in the area of worn teeth in 2 mm. On a plaster model, standard plastic teeth are grinded to the coronal part of worn teeth with modeling of the oral surface with wax, which is replaced with hot polymerization plastic, making a mouthguard with plastic teeth, which allows raising the interalveolar height without preparing the teeth.
EFFECT: by covering the teeth with a plastic cap, consisting of plastic teeth attached to the crowns of worn teeth and reinforced with hot polymerization plastic, the method makes it possible to restore worn out front teeth.
