SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a means of aiming a train stop. The technical solution includes a controller and associated means for identifying the types of mobile units, a point for fixing the moment the train enters the target stop zone, a wheel registration point in the securing zone, data transmission devices to the locomotive and means for remote control of the position of the fixed wheelset in the securing devices zone. Means for identifying the types of rolling units of the train include an overlapping track chain and at least two sensors for detecting the passage of a wheel, located from each other at a distance less than the minimum possible distance between two wheelsets of all existing mobile railway units. The point for fixing the moment the train enters the targeting stop zone includes at least one sensor for registering the passage of the wheel, or the insulating joint of the track chain, respectively, limiting the border of the station track, on which the fixed rolling stock is received. The wheel registration point in the fixing zone includes wheel registration sensors. Devices for transmitting data to the locomotive contain a radio channel associated with the controller and an on-board display device in the locomotive cabin for transmitting to the driver information about the distance of the train axle being fixed to the fastening devices. The controller is designed to collect all the necessary information, process it and issue the appropriate commands to ensure the targeted stop of the train.

EFFECT: invention increases the accuracy of rolling stock stopping relative to any given point on the train route.
