SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and telemechanics means for remote control of rolling stock fastening devices at station receiving-hauling tracks. System comprises fastening devices connected to a subsystem for controlling fastening devices, which is connected to a local control panel located near the fastening devices, and through the sighting stop subsystem controller with the control panel located at the dispatcher post, the sighting stop subsystem includes sensors for detecting the wheel passage and data transmission device to the locomotive, means for identifying types of moving units of a train, a point for detecting the entrance of a train into the area of sighting stop, wheel registration point in fastening zone and point of remote control of fixed wheel pair position in the zone of fastening devices connected to appropriate inputs of controller. At that, in the memory of the controller there introduced is a database of types of movable railway units with indication of at least the number of wheel pairs and their interaxle distances for each type of movable unit, at least, belonging to the car or locomotive.

EFFECT: higher reliability of system operation.
