FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control technique over the process of dissolving with respect to dissolution of carnallite ores with production of enriched carnallite. Method includes stabilization of the salts dissolution temperature and a useful component concentration in the solution by varying the raw materials consumption for dissolving, determination of the useful component with included in the process salts and correction of the useful component consumption supplied within the raw material. Determination of the useful component in the raw material - carnallite ore, a hot clarified saturated solution, enriched carnallite and a cooled in a vacuum-crystallization plant (VCP) solution after extraction of enriched carnallite from it is performed by the content in flows of potassium chloride, stabilization of the useful component concentration is carried out by the clarified saturated solution, which is an output flow of the dissolving process, with correction of the useful component consumption supplied within the raw material, taking into account the costs and compositions of the enriched carnallite and the cooled solution with sending the calculated values as settings into the ore consumption control system.

EFFECT: simpler process due to stabilization of content of the useful component, determined by potassium chloride, with correction of the ore consumption by the outlet flow - a clarified solution.
